Which air conditioning system suits my property?
It depends on floor area, sun exposure, insulation and use. A split system serves one room; a multi-split connects several indoor units to one outdoor unit. We confirm the system and capacity during the site assessment.
How do I know what output I need?
Use the air conditioning calculator for a first estimate per room, in kW and BTU/h. You can attach the result to your quote request. The final output is confirmed during the site visit.
How much does installation cost?
The price depends on the equipment, number of rooms, pipe routes and installation conditions. Include a few details about your property so MDM can assess the work and prepare a proposal.
Can I request maintenance without a fault?
Yes. You can request preventive maintenance or an annual contract proposal. Tell us the type and number of units so we can understand your needs.
Where does MDM operate?
MDM is based in Parque das Nações and works across Greater Lisbon. Include your location so we can confirm coverage for your property.
I have a fault. What should I send?
Describe the problem and, if possible, send a photograph of the equipment and its identification label by WhatsApp or email. Include any error code shown.
How can I contact you outside office hours?
