Who receives your request

The guided request
The form keeps your details on this page while you prepare your request. When you confirm direct submission, your name, contact details, location and request details are saved in MDM's system to handle the request. A visit is booked only when the website displays a booking confirmation.
New request notifications
The website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc.). When you confirm direct sending, the request is received by Netlify (Netlify Forms), which stores it on behalf of MDM and emails it to MDM. Netlify servers may be located outside the European Economic Area, notably in the United States. This form does not send advertising emails.
WhatsApp and email
When you choose WhatsApp, your details are included in a link to that service. When you choose email, a draft opens in your email application. You complete the final sending step. These services have their own terms and privacy policies.
How we use your details
The information you send to MDM is used to understand and respond to your request and, if you proceed, to support the work. Share only what is necessary. Contact MDM at the email above for questions about data processing or retention.
Calculator
Your estimate is saved in this browser so you can continue later. You can erase it by selecting “Start again”. It is only sent to MDM when you attach it to a request and confirm submission.
Session and language
The website uses a session identifier to protect request submission and stores your language preference on this device. Request management is restricted to MDM.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not add advertising cookies or analytics tools. Hosting and access authentication may process technical data needed to operate the service.

The photographs shown are part of the portfolio supplied by MDM. Do not send photographs containing documents, faces or personal details that are unnecessary for your request.
